Cassia oil is derived from the bark of the Cinnamomum Cassia tree and brings  a spicy and exotic aroma that is very similar to cinnamon, but sweeter. Cassia has been highly valued across different cultures. It is a fundamental herb in Traditional Chinese Medicine, it was worth its weight in gold or ivory in the ancient Middle East, and it is also mentioned throughout the Bible.
